We take bookings online, over the phone, via SMS, and chat. Because of this you are choosing a preferred time only.
We make all efforts to book you into your preferred time and we confirm this — or offer alternative times — by email, phone or SMS.
Should you need to cancel a confirmed booking or remove a service from a confirmed booking, we require 24 hours notice.
If you are not rescheduling or cannot give 24 hours notice of any change, our cancellation policy will apply and we may charge you a 20% rebooking fee when you next book in.
If you remove confirmed services, we will charge the original confirmed session quote.
If you No Show more than 5 times in a year, a 5% surcharge will apply for 12 months on every appointment.
Club Card Members: Missing an appointment will forfeit a treatment from your card.
Please do your best to give us 24 hours notice.
If you fail to pay for any completed appointment, we will treat it as theft and provide your details to the police.
Appointments are subject to specialist availability, which may vary on the day of your appointment.
When booking days, weeks, or months in advance, please note there may not be a fixed roster for those dates.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request at all times.
You can only make one booking per customer per day.
If booking for someone else on the same day, you must enter their name, phone, and email so we can confirm with them.
Making more than one booking for the same day will cancel any other booking that day.
If booking for a sibling, we can add them to your account for future visits.
